When should we do Vandan to Gurubhagwant?

1.Prashant (Peaceful): When Gurubhagwant is peaceful, meaning he is not so worried or hurried with some work that he cannot pay attention to our Vandan. In short, we should bow down when he is relaxed and at ease.

2.Aasanasth (Seated): When he is seated on this seat (aasan). We should not do Vandan when Guru is standing, walking, going for Aahar-Nihar, or is getting up to go somewhere, or has just come and sat on the aasan. We should bow down when he is sitting peapefully on his aasan.

3.Upshant (Refreshed): When he is not tired, and does not have any restlessness or agitation, than we should do Vandan.
