Imagine a man whose abundant wealth is buried somewhere
and he is earning his livelihood by begging at some poor
person’s house for a piece of bread. Similar is the state of
our soul. This real pain does not affect our mind and trivial
physical pains are enough to bother and disturb it.

But Sita was different. She constantly visualized all the above
spiritual pains and hence minimized her present sorrow of
being left alone in the forest.

Thus, now when her loved sons Lavana and Ankusha came
to seek her blessings before going to fight with Rama, she
        calmly replied the following.
