4 Benefits of Waking Up on Time
Harvard Medical research says:
Just as a wristwatch runs properly only when its cells and power supply are in proper order, likewise the body's clock = the 'circadian rhythm' can work properly only when sleep and wake times are regular.
1. The circadian rhythm can remain stable. Waking at a set time helps the body's clockwork correctly, which keeps sleep, hormones, mood, and body temperature under control.
2. Energy is maintained. Waking too early or too late causes more fatigue. Waking at a regular time makes it easier to stay active and alert all day.
3. Fewer illnesses. Sleeping too much or too little increases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart attack, and cancer.
4. Mood and mental health improve. Regular sleep improves mood, helping you become more focused, attentive, and positive.
My Prabhu Vir says:
The time between sunset and sunrise is called 'night.' Divide that night into four parts and sleep only during the 2nd and 3rd parts. For example, if night is from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., sleep between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m.
